LET'S CONNECTHirsch ScramblePad Reader Family
Hirsch's signature high-security access control keypad and also incorporates a contactless card reader for two-factor authentication.
Because of its high-security scramble function, which randomly arranges the digits each time the "START" button is pressed or a card requiring a PIN is provided, the design is specified in many of the world's most secure places.
Random and Secure
The random scrambling prevents pattern recognition and also avoids keypad wear, which leaves a tell-tale impression of the numbers used in a valid PIN.
The addition of viewing restrictors that reduce the field of vision further enhances this function; only the person directly facing the ScramblePad can see the displayed digits.
Compliant to Industry Standards
The General Services Administration (GSA) has certified TS ScramblePad Readers for use in FIPS201/Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) environments.
They are a direct replacement for older ScramblePads, utilizing the same ScramblePad mounting boxes and wiring to controllers.
